Lumina came to us running a growing services business on a stack of spreadsheets, group chats and a payroll tool that no longer fit. Every pay cycle meant manual reconciliation, and onboarding a new hire touched five different documents.
We designed and built a single multi-tenant platform that unifies the whole people lifecycle — hiring, attendance, leave and pay — with role-based access for HR, finance and team leads, and the dashboards to actually run it.
